We have successfully implemented the flexible seating we currently have, where students have movement and choice with their learning environment. We are currently in need of more flexible seating options for students to choose from. This type of seating works well with our community oriented and creative centered classroom. Art is integrated in a project based learning format in all subjects taught. With the Arts, students are able to make self to real world connections across subject areas. We are in need of watercolors, watercolor paper, and modeling clay to aid us in our learning projects. Our creative projects are not just limited to the visual arts. We use technology in our classroom to show evidence of our learning through performing, visual, and written arts. One of the best ways to see growth in the learning of children is to increase the amount of feedback they receive. Having an Apple TV within our classroom will allow another format for students to share their learning projects with their peers, families, and other classrooms within our building..
