My students are 6, 7, and 8th graders living in a small town in NC. Most have never been outside this region of our state and do not have the opportunity to visit museums, art galleries or larger cities. But they are excited about art and deserve the opportunity to try different media and techniques. I have taught at this school for 30 years and feel a real commitment to helping my students learn about the larger world.

About my class
