I am a second grade teacher from Houston, Texas with a class full of eager learners and readers. I teach in an open concept classroom, which means that it is my job to teach all content areas. My school is awesome and so are my students! I always try and use non-traditional methods to reach my students in hopes of motivating some of them that really need the extra push. One method that all children respond to is the use of technology in the classroom and any other hands-on materials.
