I am a new high school counselor and my yearly goals include supporting every student emotionally, socially and academically in order to facilitate their success in school and beyond. I also aim to increase career and college readiness. In order to to this I will meet with students in groups, individually and also teach lessons in the classroom. Additionally, I will meet with parents/guardians and provide college and career workshops in order to not only keep parents/guardians informed but also show them how to support their students through high school.
