My second-grade classroom has many students on different reading levels. These premade small group reading hands-on lessons and activities will give me the supplies necessary to work with my leveled reading groups. My "Smart Cookies" as I call them, will come to the reading table and be engaged in different reading skills depending on their reading level and scores. The students will play reading games, work on flashcards, and do hands-on reading activities. They will have the opportunity to improve their phonemic awareness, vocabulary, phonics skills, fluency, and comprehension by using these small group activities. My other students can work at the learning centers while I work with my small groups.
