I am teaching a fun and inventive fifth grade class. We try to do as many hands on activities as possible and explore science, history, math, and language arts. I try to keep an engaged class through interaction and structure. The students many times will work with one another to help come up with the answer. Summit Academy Bluffdale is a new charter school in Bluffdale, Utah and therefore we are still trying to acquire things to help the students be active learners.
