My students will learn how to use new science tools with this equipment. Learning the new Next Generation Science standards is a challenge without materials. I would love for students to use beakers, cylinders, and thermometers during their experiments with chemistry. For those students who are absent I can record the experiments for them, on the iPad so they can learn what the experiment was all about in class. The iPad will also be useful for learning science and technology concepts by using apps related to Science Content. The materials will also be used for engineering design process, creating, investigating and discovering how to solve problems. Student hands on learning is a vital part of the Science curriculum and for science understanding.
