My students very rarely ever speak up about wanting to do something. Typically once the menu has been set for the week, they just execute their daily plans and make Lillian's Bistro shine. Now, that my students have found their voice, they want to make food with recipes we do not have. Rather than letting my soft-spoken students ideas go to waste, together we can provide a wide variety of recipe books to let them pick and choose our menu items over the next few months. In order to reinvigorate my students work ethic, it is essential we provide them with new resources to revolutionize their place of work!
