My students will be working on analyzing and representing data in different forms. They will represent the racial/ethnic composition of their neighborhoods, the chemical and fuel release in their neighborhood, the number of asthma visits in a year by zip code, and the school data on asthma. These Chromebooks will allow my students to create models that represent data that we have collected around their neighborhoods. Our classroom is group work based and my students need these Chromebooks to graph and create diagrams to show their findings and present to their community. These Chromebooks will also allow my students to build their mathematical skills through online personalized math games during lunch or after school.
