My second graders are fascinated by the wonderful world opening up around them! Many are not exposed to much learning at home, so school is an incredibly valuable place for them to be. They are learning to be readers, writers, mathematicians, scientists, historians, artists, and so much more. We learn the importance of growth mindset, responsibility, and being a kind friend. Every day presents new opportunities to improve as learners and as people. It is incredible to watch them grow!

About my class
