My students are hands-on, literacy-loving learners. They love to explore and improve their speech and language skills through the use of stories and play! The building blocks and base plates will be used for hands on speech and language activities - specifically to build vocabulary skills and work on speech sound carryover skills. The book and sequencing cards will be used to increase vocabulary, grammar, and sequencing skills. Finally, the games will be put to excellent use as a reinforcer when working on speech sound skills. It is also an excellent way to target direction following skills, requesting, and sentence structure.
