My students come with a variety of needs and learning styles, we will use the Fitness Gear stability ball with the Merrithew base and the Big Beanbags for differentiated seating. My students are going to be enthralled in learning using the new technology each day. With our chromebooks, that we already have, and Koss earbuds, they will be able to research websites and use the master locks, puzzles, Findways UV flashlights, Vaults utility boxes to participate in Breakout EDUs and increase their ability to use technology in real life applications. The class set of "Among the Hidden" will build reading stamina and vocabulary. Because some of them are not yet reading on grade level, having a class set will help us to use many research based strategies to enhance their learning experience just like their peers that are reading on grade level. This will help them to be ready to face the challenges that further education will bring to them.
