My students need 10 Chromebooks in order enhance technology use in the classroom! My students are some of the most caring, intellectual, and inquisitive people I know. Daily they surprise me with their interest in learning about the world around them. These students inspire me to be a better teacher and to create more challenging and relevant lessons and assignments. Simply put - my students are the BEST! I am excited for this year and I am excited to see how these students are going to use technology in new ways in order to connect the past to the present. I know they are going to create great things while learning and having fun in the process. Integrating technology is essential in the 21st-century classroom. In order to keep our students well prepared for high school and beyond we feel it is of utmost to incorporate technology in our curriculum. These Chromebooks will be used enhance student learning in a variety of ways. For instance, students will be able to access primary and secondary sources from the internet, work collaboratively with others, and create individual projects using various websites and applications. Your donation to this donor’s choose will help develop critical thinking, spatial awareness, and experience using the computer while enhancing student learning. In addition, the use of technology would allow students to work with media they wouldn’t otherwise have access to.
