Big Book easel for little people is a chance for my Prek students to have easy access to Big Books as a read aloud. Oral language is one of our top priorities in PreK therefor Big Books are read daily in the classroom to grow language through discussion. This Big Book easel will allow 20 eager 4-5 year old students to view words and illustrations in a big book while sitting comfortably on our rug. Students become better readers by enjoying being read to first. This easel will allow me to read more big books and keep them organized in the slots behind.
