The materials will provide whole group hands-on learning for students reading and playing rhythms. Each kid stick station will have 1 pair of drum sticks, 1 tambourine, 1 rubber paddle cutting board and 1 medium tin can to hold items. Learning music rhythms helps students to increase literacy and math not just in music, but with their classroom teacher. With each student having their own kid stick station, it will give a sense of ownership to the student thus helping to promote self motivation and provide whole class participation without students having to wait their turn to play an instrument.

About my class
