It is my desire to help increase the exposure of my students to technology by having available a complete set of Chromebooks. Computers are used during daily centers and students can take them home to complete work. This project will allow my students to not only to learn how to use basic applications but also to apply technology in their everyday learning. The requested Samsung Chromebooks will increase learners' engagement and allow for a deeper understanding of how technology can support them in anything they do. For example, the Chromebooks will be available to publish work during writing, listen to audio books during reading, or practice fact fluency while doing math. I want to open up a new world of learning for my students while giving them a viable chance at future success.
