Women athletes are built different from male athletes and therefore must train differently. At the current time our athletes are training with all free weights made for males. Also female athletes build their bodies in different ways than males Often times, school's cater to the male athlete with weights and equipment that is heavy and hard for females to handle. Females here need different equipment to build their bodies properly. Therefore, the use of the equipment above, such as an air rower, a trio trainer and a foam core belt, would be very useful. To build a safe and healthy environment for female athletes we are in need of things other than free weights.
