Having Chromebooks in my ESL classroom would allow students to strengthen their language skills through the use of technology by creating video responses, writing digital stories, listening and responding to online text. Students would be able to interact with cross-curricular activities, therefore, increasing their academic vocabulary. Additionally, students will use specific apps, such as Schoology, Recap, and PebbleGo as educational tools. Some of these apps will allow me to customize their activities. Technology has been a game changer in education by increasing student engagement. With the increasing demand for technology in our world today, we must find a way to increase the use of technology in order to reach our 21st century digital learners. Your generosity will allow me to accomplish this goal.
