The various STEM (or STEAM) related activities will help to give all of our student exposure to creative outlets beyond the every day classroom resources. From building blocks, Lego's and Lincoln Logs to coding games, our students will have the opportunity to pick areas that interest them in order to build on their curiosity and future aspirations. Many students today lack the opportunity for 'free play' using basic building blocks and more modern forms of hands on creating. My hope is that these items will give students the exposure they needs today, to help guide their choices in the future. Combining the act of play and new technologies our students will be learning 21st century learner concepts right in the library!

About my class
