Attending the Breathe for Change course will equip me to lead social emotional learning, mindfulness, and wellness workshops and programs for students and staff in my school. This course will help me to empower my students through mindfulness, social-emotional learning, and yoga to support their mental, physical and social-emotional needs. The Breathe for Change program will equip me to confidently teach mindfulness, social-emotional learning, and yoga practices to my students through a trauma-informed lens. The course will provide me with tools to help my students learn to JUST BREATHE and face challenges with confidence.
