My Physics classes are eager to learn and explore about the world around them. Using technology as a tool, students l can investigate and conduct student-led experiments, activities and research projects. Technology has opened opportunities for self-directed learning beyond the classroom setting, aided in the cultivation of critical thinking skills, and facilitated seamless learning processes for the 21st century learner. As a 21st century teacher, I play a vital role in preparing my students for their technological future. Our classrooms are not equipped with the necessary technology to meet the needs of our students. With the Chromebooks, we can do more with STEM online simulations and incorporate project based learning. In doing so, we are preparing our students for college and beyond.
