These materials will provide consumable supplies to complete our end of the year Polyhedraville project based activity. The students will create an entire 3-Dimensional city from polygon shapes. They will focus on basic community building necessities such as utilities and medical needs plus have their own creative touch to create a unique building for their community. Polyhedraville provides hands-on experience calculating volume and surface area. The students have to work in groups to provide a city sections of their own creation. They learn how to create and use nets to make their public and private buildings. A budget is also included to give the students a real life example of how to use and conserve their money.
