By allowing students with specials needs to use chromebooks they are incentivized and also more likely to focus by completing their work. Students with special needs often struggle with writing. They get hung up on spelling and also can struggle with fine motor skills. By allowing students to type their work instead of handwrite, they are more likely to complete their work and also have less trouble doing so. Students will also be more likely to complete their work with access to more support. ChromeBooks have so many resources to help support special needs students such as spell check, talk to text, and access to google classroom.
