Art class is a special time for students to explore different ways of thinking. It is a time for them to experience new things, make connections, build confidence, and gain insights into themselves and others. Painting is one of the most tactile and exciting art materials. Students LOVE the entire experience, mixing colors, putting down the wet paint, envisioning a project and realizing the outcome. My students beg to paint, and I agree it as a vital part of their art education! With these paints and drying rack, students will be all the more engaged in their own learning. They will be able to step through a new door in their art education, and with this new door they will expand their experience and perspective in ways that otherwise would have been closed to them.
