As a Family and Consumer Sciences teacher, I teach four different culinary preparation classes. Students learn various health and wellness practices in cooking labs, as long as how to prepare food. This television will help my students see what I am preparing at the demonstration table in my classroom. A camera will be set up and attached to this television at an aerial view to help all students see how to prepare the different foods in the four classes. Students in the culinary classes create videos for multiple projects through the school year. Students will not only view teacher resources and food demonstrations, but will also teach others with their learning with a television in class.
