My students will feel like a part of the community when we come together for morning meeting at the beginning of each school day. It would help us build this community if we have a general area to all come together to sit comfortably. We will continue our community building as we have lessons taught on the carpet throughout the school day. This carpet would help us with math lessons such as graphing, and help us remember to stay in our own personal space when the time is right. In addition, we can practice our yoga on this carpet during our Move, Move, Move learning block.
