These students are full of energy, love to learn, care about one another, and keep me on my toes! I love coming to work to see their smiling faces and hugs each morning. Most of my students are from families whose parents work more than one job and various hours just to make ends meet. While the parents do the best that they can, many times these students do not get to read with their mom or dad or have help with their homework. Helping them to feel loved, appreciated, and giving them the desire and the confidence that they can read & learn is why I come to school each day.

About my class
