Our Healing and Learning Garden will require my students to have portable access to technology. This project will have my students recording data, taking pictures, and monitoring progress continuously throughout the process of it being built, maintained and opened for community engagement. The Garden will be the basis of how students learn daily. Appropriate technology used during the creation and maintenance of the Healing and Learning Garden will be a necessity. We currently have outdated tablets without the access we need to apps and features the iPad would provide. Please help my students march through the 21st Century with an adequate educational tool to meet the needs of their educational experiences, utilizing our gardens to learn through real-world experiences.
