Students will be creating mini habitats from dead material from around out school and looking through microscopes at the different organisms a few weeks later and students will be able to classify them. Students will be able to see how different organisms process food by looking through microscopes. They will also be able to look at the different cell structures between animal and plant to create enlarged models. With microscopes, students will look at some items that they will have never seen up close before and will create a high level of interest to communicate with peers about it! True Scientists!
