A classroom set of Chromebooks will allow for my students to utilize the vast wealth of resources online when is it most advantageous to them. These Chromebooks will facilitate individualized learning and scientific excitement about the world around them. My students will use this technology to create their own individualized assignments for each unit, utilize online dissections, applications, and videos to help them understand the complex world of biology. Each student is able to tailor their lessons to their individual strengths and interests within the parameters of the current learning areas. With this flexibility, having access to technology at all times is imperative. Relying on shared Chromebook carts does not allow for individualized learning.
