In a world that constantly keeps evolving, my students need to be in tune with what is available for them. Having a new IPAD will brighten their day. Last year, we struggled with using a pretty old one. We constantly had to keep it charging (which was a major inconvenience). Statistics show that when students work hands-on, their synapses in their brain spark! The Osmo Genius kit would be an amazing tool to add to our classroom. The kit also covers more than one subject area, which is exactly what will assist in my students work on their weaknesses. The kit includes Tangram puzzles (which assists student's spatial awareness), number tiles, and word tiles (which will assist visually and manipulating sounds to make words come alive).
