Presently in our school, we have tile floors with small miscellaneous carpets and do not have a carpet large enough to hold all of our passengers for morning meetings, mini-lessons, read aloud time, or other activities. A large carpet would allow all of our crew members to be able to have a comfortable place to sit in one area when we meet. The carpet selected will also help students learn multiplication facts and be comfortable for all. Some ways we will use the carpet would be to locate the basic fact our teacher calls out. This carpet can also be used as a maze for children to complete a task with a specific pattern number. The possibilities are endless.
