The bikes, parachute, and gross motor active play package will allow our children the opportunity to participate in gross motor experiences that are not available at their home. It will give them the opportunity to build muscles during active outside play. This project will give our children the have the opportunity to run, jump, and participate in cooperative play that will enhance their other areas of development. We all know that preschool children develop gross motor skills through physical activities such as skipping, climbing and jumping, and when children perform these activities with confidence, they are more likely to routinely pursue other forms of active play which opens a gateway for learning and developing.
