The HemingWeigh White Noise sound Machine will be used as a resource to cover up the sound of distracting noises during assessments, classwork, group work, etc. This will allow for a positive environment with very few distractions allowing them to focus on the given task. In my class, we practice fluently reading orally. However, I have many students who are embarrassed to read aloud with a good volume. We will work on student confidence by reading through the IMMOSO xi-07-microphone Portable Wireless Karaoke Microphone which I hope to have run through the VIZIO SB2820n-E0 Sound bar Home Speaker. This will make all of my students' reading easy to follow and give them a sense of importance while reading with a microphone.
