These Yamaha keyboards will allow our musicians to work on their keyboard skills in small groups. This will allow me to individualize student learning so that I can adapt the curriculum based on the skill level of each student. Strategic pairing of groups will allow students to support each other as they build their keyboard skills. Learning keyboard will open up endless musical possibilities for my students. They will be able to learn new music, create cover songs of music they already know, and even write their own songs. This type of learning will allow my students to be independent learners so that they are more likely to continue their music making outside of the music room.
