Provide students with the opportunity to fully grasp the readiness needed in the Prekindergarten class. In order for the students to begin Kindergarten at level. Phonemic Awareness is so crucial in their daily learning. These lap tops will provide probability in building their literacy knowledge and succeed in emergent reading. If the children are provided a strong foundation at an early age, there is data that proves that the child will be strong in their reading abilities later on in school. As children listen and see activities on the laptop, they will be engage and the information will be easier for them to understand and remember.
