I am a teacher in the autism unit at a Northern Ohio charter school for students who have been diagnosed with ADHD and/or Asperger's Syndrome (mild autism). Our school is a special education program founded on the principle that any child can learn given the proper environment and tools. The students in my classroom range from first to fifth grade. Every day they come to school happy and eager to learn! While learning isn't always easy for them, they always try their best and love to have fun!
