We want to create two focal points within the classroom. This way we can have direct instruction in two locations, or have stations with two teachers able to use powerpoint presentations. We can also leave instructions up for scholars to access. We want to be to able to connect the iPad pro to the mini-projector in the hallway or if we move to another room for small groups. We want to be to able to show student examples in real time using the Apple pencil. The dry erase decals will allow us to make any surface suitable for projector images and to use dry erase. We will be able to project an image and have scholars write on that projected image. College demands strong writing skills. Our scholars practice writing in every subject, and by graduation, can write well for different purposes and for varying audiences. However, we can be doing even more to strengthen their writing especially for the United States History and Government Regents. Our scholars will benefit from this project because the iPad Pro will allow us to showcase writing in real time. We we are working on writing as a group and someone writes a strong thesis or a cites information correctly, it can easily be made into an example for all to see.
