We will be trying new and exciting things this year in 5th grade! Students need alternative seating options and want more room for collaboration and projects. In order to create this environment, we had to remove some big bulky furniture. We decided to remove a set of lockers in order to provide the creative space students crave. Students will now be sharing a locker with another classmate. These bins will allow students to separate and organize their belongings within the locker. Additionally, the bins are ideal for alternative seating. Students may pick a place to learn that may not provide storage for their supplies, such as the floor or couch. Students will easily carry their bin to the place they learn best and have their belongings stored neatly in their bin.
