The Essential Elements series for band methods is one of the most reliable, trusted method books used among many directors. Each book is sequenced in a practical way, helping students to truly understand how to read music. These books also feature fun rhythm exercises, and band arrangements that make for great concert tunes! The utilization of these books, along with the accompanying, Essential Elements Interactive subscription, will serve as a life changing resource for my band students. As with any instrument, at-home practice is vitally important to the students' success, and having a class set of the Essential Elements band method will help to reinforce concepts taught in class. Students can also use these books to perform at home for parents, their teachers, and community, reinforcing their musical growth as a band student. The number of fourth grade band members has doubled from the previous year, so I will need as many student copies of Essential Elements as I can! Please consider giving the gift of music to my awesome students today!
