I have noticed that my students need extra help this year with reading. I feel that if we are able to incorporate Time for Kids in the classroom that it might excite the kids to want to read and learn topics about history and science. Time for Kids has high-interest level and engaging texts that help students learn about current events dealing with history and science. This magazine can help create media-wise students and teach them how to locate text features like headings, subheadings, and captions. I would love to be able to get a subscription to this magazine for my students because I know that it will benefit my students in many areas of learning.
