A carpet for meetings, greetings, and readings is a project meant to build a more inviting classroom environment for all my students. This carpet will provide students with specific spaces to sit to promote student focus on lessons and activities. It would be more than a carpet to these wonderful kids....no longer sitting on the floor, they'll have a new and improved comfort zone! One that facilitates and fosters learning through group activities, guest speakers and peer to peer activities. Please consider helping me as I strive to build a caring community of learners that is focused on lifelong learning and adventure.

About my class
