I teach a 4th, 5th and 6th Resource class. My students have difficulty with Reading and Writing. So much that we do in class today is technology based. A lot of my students do not have access to the internet at home, so they are limited. Some students have a hard time writing but with a computer they are able to speak to the computer and write a paper or even learn typing skills. The majority of my students have difficulties with reading and there are extensions available through Google that can help my students. They are very smart students and can succeed given the opportunity and the technology to do so. The sooner I am able to teach them what is available to them the better they will Succeed!! My students need Chromebooks to help with their difficulties in reading and writing that can be accessed through the technology world.
