Our school is implementing flexible seating this school year, which I couldn't be more excited about. Although our district is providing some assistance, it will not be enough to create the inviting and imagination filled space that I would like. With the transition to tables my students will need a place to store their folders and notebooks. Smooth transitions are extremely important in creating a classroom community of learners. Students need a space for their things to go that's quick and easy so they can begin their learning. These new, storage containers allow my students to have a place to keep all their personal supplies, and allow me to keep my classroom as organized as possible for my future 2nd graders!
