Students will be able to participate in online learning with the Chromebook's requested. They will help address various learning styles. They will afford the students the opportunity to conduct research, access learning resources, assist with non English speaking students, and allow students to have kinesthetic learning activities. The days of a teacher lecturing and students taking notes and completing worksheets are far gone. Students have short attention spans. As teachers, we have to teach by using methods and strategies that interest students. Technology , to millennials, is as important as gas is to a car. Unfortunately, my district does not have the money to make their desires a reality. Reading is fundamental to a good education. Please help me provide my students with the resources necessary to foster my students' love of reading.
