Our school is an incredible and unique school in our very large school district. We house two schools within one that includes K4 through eighth grade. One half of our school community is on a title one level with many students in hard home situations. The other half is our magnet school for the talented and gifted students in our district. We have such an amazing opportunity to reach these students in all different ways. I teach art to all of these students- at every level and age. Creativity and exploration is crucial to expanding these students' mind to think creatively, critically, and solve problems. I seek to help my students in that creative adventure!
