A leveled library would help cater to my students' specific literacy needs! They need books for their personal reading level so that we can track their progress and make their learning paths manageable. Typically, my students use these during independent and partner reading times, as well as during leisure times in the classroom. As a teacher, I can use these these books to plan read-aloud and/or guided reading lessons. It will allow me to pick certain books that best model literacy skills that I want my students to learn! I do not have access to a conveniently leveled library for my students, so having one in my own classroom would make their learning a breeze!
