As a school counselor, a lot of my day is spent working with small groups. My students need to be able to be in a setting where they have access to getting these skills. They need a table that allows me to teach small group instruction in a way we all feel connected. The driving force behind growing my social skills groups with students is by making sure I am organized and have routines in place when I'm teaching. A table that allow us to have emotional connection during counseling time would be a big change agent in their lives.
