The students of today have grown up with with Smartphones and technology all around them. By having access to an interactive whiteboard in class students will be better able to connect with new mathematics topics and ideas in a way that they are familiar and comfortable with. Students often dread having to share math work on a traditional board, but when students have access to an interactive whiteboard that fear disappears. With the fear of sharing work gone, students become active participants in math class and transform from being solely receivers of information to active collaborators in the learning process.

About my class
