To become a fluent reader you need books that are engaging and visually pleasing. While we have many books in the class library, many have been published decades before my students were born, and have little relevance to their lives. Help my students get a new library collection that will give them the opportunity to participate in interactive story time and independent reading, and engage with characters with whom they can personally connect! New books will help us engage in the discussions of topics like personal identity, emotions and community involvement. Our new collection will also make independent reading time more exciting! This collection of beautifully illustrated culturally relevant books in Spanish will help my students become successful readers.

About my class
